The Change of Watch Ceremony is a time-honored naval tradition, which formally restates the continuity of command and is unique in the world today. It involves the total transfer of responsibility from one individual to another.

With Covid we are unable to open this event to the members. It will just be for Current Board of Directors and 2021 Board of Directors and their guests.
